Preamble

We the legitimate members of the Builders of Information Technology Society of Bulacan Agricultural State College, realizing the need to establish and maintain a benevolent student organization, that shall embody our ideas, foster camaraderie, leadership and responsibility among us, promote interest in our academic pursuit and give emphasis to the significance of Information technology in our nation, do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution. .

  • This academic organization known as "Builders of Information Technology Society" referred to as "B.I.T.S.".

  • The BITS is located at the Information Technology Department, Bulacan Agricultural State College, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.

  • The BITS aims to develop dynamic leadership, responsibility, and social awareness among B.I.T.S. members.

Recent Workshop

On March 25, 2023, our organization had the privilege of hosting a groundbreaking workshop on "IT Essentials and Innovations." Spearheaded by the esteemed Prof. Michelle M. Cortez, the event delved deep into the evolving landscape of Information Technology.

Prof. Cortez's expertise illuminated key facets of IT, from fundamental principles to cutting-edge innovations. Participants were engaged in dynamic discussions, exploring emerging technologies, cybersecurity protocols, and the strategic role of IT in modern enterprises.

As the campus conducted its first 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 hosted by the FSSC on Monday, August 21, at Farmer's Training Center, the Builders of Information Technology Society - BASC Chapter participated a 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬-𝐖𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐮𝐩 in order to make the start of classes for the academic year 2023–2024 a safe and welcoming environment for learning.
