We the legitimate members of the Builders of Information Technology Society of Bulacan Agricultural State College, realizing the need to establish and maintain a benevolent student organization, that shall embody our ideas, foster camaraderie, leadership and responsibility among us, promote interest in our academic pursuit and give emphasis to the significance of Information technology in our nation, do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution. .

✔ This academic organization known as "Builders of Information Technology Society" referred to as "B.I.T.S.".

✔ The BITS is located at the Information Technology Department, Bulacan Agricultural State College, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.

✔ The BITS aims to develop dynamic leadership, responsibility, and social awareness among B.I.T.S. members
