Retention Guidelines for First-Year Students
The Institute of Computer Studies reminds all first-year students to follow the Admission and Retention Policies to maintain their academic standing.
- Discipline: Students must comply with the BASC Student Handbook, as violations may lead to suspension, expulsion, or dismissal.
- Academic Performance: A minimum GWA of 2.50 is required for the academic year.
- Failing Grades: Students with three (3) failing marks will be removed from the Institute.
- INC & 4.0 Grades: Must be resolved before enrollment, with a maximum of one (1) waiver per subject if completion is not possible.
Meeting these requirements ensures continued enrollment and academic success.
